Reported via desktop in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 11:17, Monday 19 April 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2678901.

The public pavement running along side Waitrose on West Street Daventry NN11 4DRhas an oval iron cover that has been broken for over a year and a half. Half of it was sticking up and caused a serious trip injury to an 80 year old lady. There is now a hole in the pavement the size of a brick. This needs to be urgently fixed and it will cause serious injury if someone steps down into the hole.
