  • Can we not be put on a urgent request list as our yard is flooded and IT IS affecting stock already and the smell is awful!!

Anglian water came out within 24 hours because they knew it was a major issue so can you not offer the same service? We understand you are busy but a month is too long as we have been waiting since January for someone to come and access the issue as someone on the street already reported it so we couldn’t do anything more about it, we’ve come in this morning and it’s gotten worse over night.

    Will attach a photo now.

  • Thank you for your further correspondence. The picture you have provided would appear to be of a private garden. As it has not rained recently, this water would not be coming from highway drainage, it may be an issue with a water pipe under your property; or, an issue with Anglian Water. We understand your comments regarding this matter and appreciate that you wish to expedite this repair. Whilst we understand that the situation is less than ideal, the latest information that we have is that the repairs will be completed within 28 days’ time. Work may be completed prior to this forecasted date; however, please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are finished.

  • Well the issue is the street drain is blocked which means our pipe cannot drain properly, this is it from today which if this is just from using the tap and flushing the toilet imagine how bad it gets in the rain.

Please we need someone ASAP to come out and unblock the street drain!!! We cannot afford anymore stock damage! It’s getting deeper every day, we cannot unblock it our end it’s the main one in the street that needs sorting!
