Overgrown hedges restricting the footpath
Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 09:36, Thursday 22 April 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2685024.
There are privately owned hedges growing parallel with the footpath which need to be cut back. They are encroaching on the footpath which is making it difficult to pass with a pushchair. There are also brambles within the hedges that catch on your clothes and are the right height to catch a toddler's face. As the hedges are growing out towards the road, they are also causing visibility issues when driving due to the bend in the road.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.
