Lifted Tarmac footpatch, trip hazard

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2695595.

The occupier at number 64 has hurt her ankle here (main footpath between 66 and 64) previously from the trip hazard, tree roots seem to have lifted the path.
