Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2696404.

Hi there Ive already reported this for a friend and you have now closed the case, "Stating no ivy growing up lamp post" Yet I didnt report that at all. Please re read my original post which gives a full explanation of the issue. The ivy is growing up a tree nearby to the lampost so blocking the light off up the pathway, there are no other lamps to floodlight the street so when my friends daughter is walking home from work they are worried about it being so dark and have to meet her in fear of some stranger lerking in the dark areas. My previous report was 2647988
