• Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the road surface; specifically, a pothole on approach to roundabout. We have carried out an assessment of the issue and are pleased to confirm that the problems you have indicated in this location, already has a repair scheduled to resolve them. The main defect, the pothole on the approach, should be completed in the next seven days. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.

• Thank you for the further comments. We do apologise for any frustration or inconvenience that the delay in repair may have caused. We have spoken to our inspector who has advised that the work should be completed by the end of next week; furthermore, they also wanted to advise that they are sorry that works have not commenced. As aforementioned, please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
