Bins on pavement all year.
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 23:16, Sat 1 May 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2701787.
Several houses in Spencer Street Burton Latimer namely 33, 43, 45, 63 and 65 leave their 3 bins outside on the pavement all year round. They often turn them do they the bin handle is too the wall and they take up over half the pavement. The pavement is in a. terrible condition especially nearest the road and it makes it very hard to walk down the street in a space of less than 2 foot wide with bins one side and cars with wing mirrors sticking out the other. I understood that people needed to keep their bins on their own property except on the day of collection which is Tuesday.
