Cars constantly parking on grass verges

Reported via desktop in the Verges - Damaged by Vehicles category anonymously at 10:53, Tuesday 4 May 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2705412.

Cars are constantly parking on grass verges on Berryfield road due to many properties not having driveways, and also the school being in close proximity. I propose that the council either grants approval of dropped kerbs to all properties that don't yet have them so that they may form a driveway, and/or form new visitor parking bays on the existing grass verges to tidy up the road.

I am concerned that due to the number of cars on the road at times it is an accident waiting to happen with children walking in between cars during the school rush, and with the close proximity of the park (see google satellite screenshot of cars parked around the school/park entrance). The street and community would be much safer if we can take the cars off of the road. Please respond with your proposed solutions.
