Bell Court residents parking spaces - Great Park Street Side (Not Regents Street) Non residents are parking in the disabled and other parking spaces which are meant to be for residents only. Two disabled residents are often unable to park in the reserved spaces as they are taken by residents and non residents that have no disabilities. Clear disabled signs and updated road markings would make this clearer. Also, a sign for residents and non residents to know that parking is only for residents and a telephone number to call for when non residents park in this area. Real problems in the block of flats that has only 6 flats so there should be parking available for all residents. However, non residents always park in this reserved area meaning residents have no where to park. Some of these people also take up more than one space, making even less room available for resident parking. When non residents are confronted they even tell disabled people to walk like everyone else and become argumentative saying they have no where to park on Great Park Street, so its not there fault they take our reserved parking.
