Pothole on footpath near my entranceway, getting deeper every year

This pothole has been here since we moved in 2 years ago at 42 The Banks, its getting larger the path is crumbling away, with it being so close to the entrance of our house we think its only a matter of time before there's an accident. The whole path could do with resurfacing as in the winter time its leathal.

We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the footpath adjacent to The Banks; specifically that you feel it is uneven, the surface is damaged and is hazardous to pedestrians. Whilst we appreciate and sympathise with your comments, we have carried out a review of this matter and can confirm that there are no immediate safety concerns relating to this issue that warrant further investigation or repair at this time. However, please be assured that we will continue to monitor the area as part of our routine inspections. If you feel the situation deteriorates, please inform us via our Street Doctor platform.
