Sizeable flood each time we have rain
Reported via desktop in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 11:12, Saturday 8 May 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2713232.
The problem was reported as fixed after the last heavy rain but as you can see from the pictures this is not the case. The flood is a hazard to driving as vehicles often drive on the wrong side of the roas to avoid it and a hazard for pedestians from those drivers who go straight through it. The drain cleaner has attended many times to absolutely no effect. The matter needs a more thorough examination and a more permanent solution. The issue goes back at least for the 20 years that we have lived opposite.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.
