Deep pothole

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2725042.

This pothole is really deep and has been there for some time its going to cause damage to peoples cars and cause an accident when someone breaks and hits that when they are trying to stop and that junction

  • Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the B4038; specifically that you feel there is a large pothole present causing a potential risk to motorists. We appreciate your comments and have carried out an assessment of the issue and are pleased to confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the specifications for remedial work you have indicated in this location, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should hopefully be completed within a months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
