Its rained today and now there is a flooded road again. You sent a truck to clear the drains last week and it hasn't solved the problem. Can you please have the drains properly surveyed and repairs to stop this flooding every time.

This issue with a blocked drain has now been going on for several years and needs resolving, The drain outside no 11 now looks to be leaking raw sewerage. As per previous comments this need to be properly surveyed and the underlying problem resolved permanently. This is the 21st century not the 16th.
