This drain has had ongoing issues now for over 6 months, it is constantly full and in winter was causing the road to turn to ice which isn't helpful when on a hill. The pavement is now heavily damaged due to constant water running. Drain cleaning has been undertaken several times but isn't working, it is still full after these works and doesn't drain.

The council still fail to sort a resolution to this and ignore all comments. Drain is overflowing still, this drain is mid hill with a normal flowing drain at the top and bottom of hill, it’s clear there is a blockage somewhere. This has been going on for nearly a year, when do you actually plan on sorting this issue?

Drain is still not fixed, you seem to ignore all complaints about this issue. Today due to the sheer amount of rain, the water has damaged the road at the bottom of the hill due to this year-long issue not being sorted.
Can you please advise when this is going to be sorted rather than ignore all the complaints from the residents on the street?
