The footpath was replaced by Western Power post work at number 132 Upper Harlestone and has since caused flooding to my footpath at 2 The Green. For about 5 months now. The water no longer runs down the road but straight down my path and onto the drive of 132 Upper Harlestone. Western Power are refusing liability. As you can imagine given the rain we have had this is now a significant problem. Please help.

We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the pathway of Dave Brickwood Way; specifically, that you feel water no longer flows down the road, but outside your property, since recent utility works were carried out. We appreciate your concerns and understand that a meeting has been scheduled on Tuesday to try and resolve the problem. Should no resolution be reached; then we would kindly ask you to submit another report including all of the images of the issue you have. Thank you for your continued co-operation and understanding.

Can you please update us regarding this issue. We had a visit from Simon Dormer Western Power and Troy from maintenance at Highways but have had no further update. We are concerned re the potential flooding this week due to the weather forecasts. Please be advised we will be using sandbags to defend our properties.
