Fire hydrant has been filled in/vandalised

Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 12:57, Thursday 27 May 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2752860.

The fire hydrant at No.1A opposite No. 32 Southampton road appears to have been filled in by contractors when re-surfacing road. A large amount of gravel is impeding the use of this hydrant by fire and rescue service. Please arrange to have the gravel removed from the hydrant pit and advise us so we can test it. Thanks
