2 Bollards missing

Hi. I have received an e-mail from you today but it is not in the area that the below problem is. It is in the alleyway between No 11 Scarborough Street and Excelsior Flats in Scarborough St, not where the Old Fire Station was. Traffic has been coming up and down this alleyway as there were 2 Bollards installed either end previously but were apparently vandalised a few years ago. You can see where they once were. Motorists are now using this alleyway as a short cut. As this alleyway is opposite the local Primary School an awful lot of parents and children use this and it is just a matter of time before somebody gets hurt. Could I please ask that it is looked into and Bollards are re erected. Many thanks.
