Outside 4 Reedham Close Duston 2 blobs of tarmac have been placed in the road by contractors

Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 10:38, Wednesday 2 June 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2763164.

The contractors that have done the blocked paving for 4 Reedham close have put down 2 lots of tarmac to enable them to drive their cars over the pavement. This impedes the flow of water during the rain and allows the illegal driving over the pavement. They have not applied for dropped kerb access which may not be allowed due to maintenance covers etc.
