Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 20:32, Saturday 5 June 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2770835.
I was driving yesterday the 4th June 2021 on Farndon Road on my way to byfeild approaching the bridge and there was another car at the other side so I slowed down because there was a pot hole in the middle of the road but unfortunately when passing the car and having minimum room to manoeuvre unfortunately hitting another pot hole on the left side of the road and has caused damage to my car. Consequently I have had to book my car into the garage on Monday 7th June as it is leaking coolant from the engine and has damaged my bumper and maybe the wheel. The damage will be assessed on Monday by the garage and I am going to have to pay for this damage to be fixed. As I have paid my car tax I would hope the roads would be in better condition and having checked your website you where alerted of these pot holes in April 21st 2021 and we are now in June and nothing had been done and therefore I would like some for of compensation to assist in the cost of the damage done. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.

This has cost me £93.60 for a replacement will the council refund me? considering you have clearly been alerted to this issue and many other people have complained this road should have been repaired months ago.
