Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2774358.

41B Drovers Walk NN2 8BB has a tree on Welford Road at the back of their house that is overgrowning their propery and obstructing an exit way to his boundry fence. His boundry fence is slightly above the level of the ground and there is a massive about of weeds, bramples etc overgrown there as well which is totally blocking a fire exit to the property.
