School pedestrian barriers damaged

Yesterday, a resident witnessed a van backing into the school pedestrian railings - please see attached photo. We have details of a delivery van who delivered there about the same time if you need them. Can they please be repaired asap as the school is on a blind bend and these barriers are extremely important for health & safety. Located on the High Street outside Yelvertoft Primary School.

We understand that you have concerns about the condition of High Street; specifically, that you feel there is a damaged crash barrier there outside Yelvertoft Primary School. We appreciate your concerns and have carried out an assessment of the issue and are pleased to confirm that the defect you have reported has a repair scheduled to resolve it. This should be completed within 26 weeks’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
