Blocked Gully outside number 7

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2779038.

Someone seems to have tipped cement down the gulley outside number 7 and if yo9u look down you can see a pale grey colour and this may cause a lot of issues in the future. this is on Hillmorton lane .
