While the original post has been moved to an upright position, I believe it is more dangerous than it was when it was lying down. It is, at best, at a jaunty angle, and I was easily able to wobble it from side, which is very concerning given that this is an alleyway used by lots of people, including schoolchildren. Whoever attempted this job didn't even go to the bother of firming the soil, as you can clearly see in my photo. Please either remove the sign and we'll manage without it (because, let's face it, it's not a prohibition that has any chance of being enforced), or, better, have another go at fixing it and this time do it properly; concrete the pole in place - and make sure it's vertical. Maybe give it a clean, too. Thank you.
