Vegetation overhanging the road by at least 3 feet!
Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 19:48, Wed 9 June 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2780779.
I have reported this problem months ago, but the report has mysteriously disappeared! The hedges and trees on this corner stop 2 lorries passing one another safely and endanger pedestrians as well. I drive an HGV and so far this year have lost 1 near side mirror and come into contact with lorries coming in the other direction twice (because many foreign lorries use this road to access Lodge Farm Ind Est and don't know the road). It will take less than a day to trim back the hedges and trees, some of which are growing through the crash barrier! You can't even see the kerb line. Please get this sorted before a pedestrian/cyclist gets seriously injured or worse!

So whose responsibility is it? I see E M Pell's lads out all over the place cutting back similar hedges etc. Who is going to be responsible when a truck runs over a kid in a pushchair??!! Please get someone to sort this out, even if its not yourselves!
