Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2783012.

On Holyrood Road, NN5 St James in front of Brammar House a tree has been removed that fell down the a enormous stump has been left half in and half out and is a hazard and if people use pushchairs, wheelchairs or mobility scooter cannot get past safely and would have to use the road. Also the path has been badly patched with tarmac and this will not last and is not suitable. This is an ongoing problem and needs to be completely rectified finally.
