Overgrown vegetation
Reported via desktop in the Weeds category anonymously at 11:43, Fri 11 June 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2784837.
Brambles and nettles are overgrowing from the ditch onto half of what is a very narrow footpath. This path is the only pedestrian access to and from Barton Seagrave Primary and Hayfield Cross Primary School and also Cranford Chase development. This makes is even more difficult and dangerous to pass other pedestrians on this footpath. The nettles are stinging children's legs. This problem has been ongoing at least 12 months and is usually worse during the summer months when the brambles/nettles are spreading very vigorously.
