FP4 should go through garden and into field. Electric fencing is across field and access through garden needs clarity

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2785090.

FP4 seems to have been redirected along a hedge line. When was this as adjacent landowner says this was never agreed. FP4 should go through the garden of 'Troutbeck' and out into the field at the back. Gates were installed when the house was built to accommodate the footpath. It is also impossible to cross the field as electric fencing forms pony paddocks and is impassable.
