Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the vegetation adjacent to Fulmar Lane. We understand feel that the current state of the vegetation, specifically a tree that is overgrown and is blocking out light. Whilst we appreciate your comments, the location of the verges you have identified are not on the adopted highway. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the private landowner/developer to maintain and is outside Northamptonshire Highways’ control. We advise you to contact Wellingborough Norse to expedite this matter further.
