Tree too low for high vehicles

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2797447.

The tree is too low for high vehicles to pass under. Double deck buses use this route for home to school transport and they are sustaining damage.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. A letter has been sent to the relevant landowner requesting that the overhanging vegetation is cut back. A revisit will be carried 14 days after the receipt of the letter.

  • 31/08 Passed to Regulation Team for further enforcement. Letter to householder to be sent week commencing 06/09 and final inspection to be carried out week commencing 20/09

  • The trees on both sides of the roundabout hide the signs resulting in lorries using the very narrow Millway. Also bus stop on west side cannot be seen.
