Prohibition sign is totally obscured from view when travelling along Main Road from Tollgate Way

Reported via desktop in the Obscured by vegetation or Dirty category anonymously at 11:57, Thu 17 June 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2798288.

I have been contacted by local residents of Millway about it being used as a short cut by large vehicles to gain access to the A4500. This road has narrow sections, contains a school with all the parent parking issues and has double yellow lines on various sections of the road.

When I reviewed the problem of the large vehicles it appears that the prohibition sign is totally obscured from view when travelling along Main Road from Tollgate Way (See pictures) Even standing in the middle of the road you cannot see the sign

Can you arrange for the trees to be cut back and install an additional sign prior to the roundabout to alert drivers it is for local traffic only
