Overgrown tree

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2799258.
Can you do something about the willow tree at the end of Crawley close? It drops massive branches, is overgrown. Previous emails to the council have been ignored.
Finding out a way of hiring straps for the inclusive swings would be great. I emailed when they were put in and got told someone would look into it and they never got back to me and my daughter has since fallen out of them.
