Massive pothole 130cm long, 20cm deep on A428 from Crick to Houlton

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2801013.
We hit this pothole last night causing damage to an alloy wheel and an instant flat tyre. I photographed the pothole this morning and it has yellow markings around it, presumably for repair. This should have been done within 24 hours, this pothole is lethal.

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of this section of the A428; specifically, you feel there is a pothole present that is causing a hazard and may have caused damage to your vehicle. We appreciate your comments and have carried out a further assessment of the issue and are pleased to confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the specifications for remedial work you have indicated in this location, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should hopefully be completed by the 23rd of November. In some cases, we are able to attend before this prospective time; however, at this time, we have no further information other than the timeframe given above. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
