Blocked drains

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2801588.

The drains here a blocked and due to the forecast if this continues 61 will be flooded who has a very ill resident in.

We note with regret, that you feel it is blocked and causing potential flooding issues. We have carried out an assessment of the problem and are pleased to confirm that the issue you have indicated in this location, has a works order to investigate, clean and test the gully by tomorrow. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are completed.
