Burst pipe causing flooding

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2801751.

Where the water flows the pipe has burst which is causing the whole mews from 7-1 front gardens are all flooded, a danger to the elderly if they leave out the front of the property. with the rainfall it will soon reach the front of the property and possibly cause indoor flooding and rotting of the foundation. This problem has caused damp in the properties before
