What an absolute joke-I reported this nearly 6 months ago and now the I can fit myself in the home! The whole of Membris Way, Woodford Halse is a an absolute disgrace that it has been left like this for so long-the whole road needs replacing now as nothing has been done previously! Can we all stop paying taxes as we get nothing back! Unless of course we live on the new Meadows estate where they get the road and oth outside replaced for no reason whatsoever!

  • What on earth does in progress mean in your world? I was told in progress nearly 9 months ago and nothing done!! The yellow marks that you sent someone out to do have all gone. This needs sorting, it is a disgrace! Oh but you have wasted more money sending people out to put marks on other roads that will wash away before you act on it! How about rather than wasting money sending people with paint-send people to fix the roads….it’s really simple. Pay 1 person to fix rather than 2 people to paint. Remind me how I claim a refund on my council tax-as I am not receiving the services?

  • It is 10 times worse now and can almost fit a whole wheel down the hole! Maybe then the council will act! It’s a joke - it has been nearly a year a d we pay tax for nothing!!

So Monday morning workmen arrive at the bottom end of membris way, close the road off so everyone thinks great it’s finally being sorted. But oh no-after a couple of hours they seems to run out of materials so call it a day and leave-at least they left cones and signs still out so assumption was they would be back to finish that section and then finally the rest of the road-oh no again-later that evening all signage gone and now no sign of anyone and just left with an unfinished section let alone the rest of the road? Again I ask why send people out over 9 months ago so spray yellow / white marks yet send people with limited materials. At least they had the rest of the day off…..no doubt paid….can I get a job please. Just sort the whole road out!

It gets better/I see the large hole near the junction has had some loose tarmac slung in it-per pic-I am sure my 12 year old could have done a better job-that will last about 2 weeks-then just totally left the other large hole let alone the rest of the road.
