This tree NEEDS to be cut back. Not only has the broken branch fallen more since the winds we've had (you've claimed it is safe), if this injures someone or damages my property in any way I will be sure to make it known it has been reported previously.

It has also completely blocked out all satellite signal, my provider has been through various options to regain a signal with no improvement. Only one branch needs cutting back to regain signal.

These trees have not been trimmed or cut back in years. They are causing problems with neighbours all along the block. Myself and next are both disabled, the leaves that fall into the gardens are dangerous for us both, it becomes slippy when wet and we are unable to clean them up.

All our fences have had to be replaced due to the roots uplifting them and the lack of light rotting them where they have been unable to dry out. We are not asking for the trees to be cut down as the shade during the summer months is nice, just cutting back so our satellite signals work and our gardens can dry out in some sun light please.
