Overgrown trees

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2810368.

The trees that belong to 6 Ryder view are massively overgrown on waterworks Lane. They have since put a fence up and the house has been sold to new owners but the trees have not been cut for about 5 years and spread out halfway over waterworks lane obstructing the pathway. Dog poo bags and litter are being thrown under the growth.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. Our team have inspected this site and notified the home owner of their duty to ensure that the highway is kept clear of vegetation overhanging from private properties/businesses. We will re-inspect after 14 days have elapsed.
