Overhanging shrub/tree causing obstirction

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 15:57, Tue 22 June 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2810904.

In the ally from Nene Road - Bates close Higham ferrers there is a over hanging tree. You have to either bend down under it to pass or squash against the fence to pass it. The issue has been there for a good couple of years but is now becoming rather bad and I passable without having to bend under it.
