Very overgrown hedges both sides of alley way and very tall weeds also

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2812904.
The alley way is completely overgrown between manor road and Cogan Crescent in Rothwell with weeds and hedges both sides. I am unable to get through now with my dog and grandaughter for a walk due to high level stingers and overgrowth of hedges both sides. It is very claustraphobic to get through there. If it has been raining you get soaked as you cannot get through without touching the weeds and hedges both sides and ducking due to low level branches. This is a health and safety hazard for young children and elderly from being extremely dark as no light can get through from the street lamp in the evening.
