Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2817156.
Over a year ago the large lime tree by the turning circle in Church Walk Weldon was inspected by Peter Canovan and he recommended to whoever instructed him to carry out the inspection that there should be a degree of crown raising as the lower branches droop down across the road and pavements. To date no such work has been carried out. I presume the instruction came from Highways as they did many years ago carry out a limited amount of work on the same tree for a similar reason.
