  • Hi - I was told on 30-Jun-21 the drain would be fixed within 5 days as it was classed as urgent.

In addition to the drain blocked outside 1 Castle Road there is now a 2nd blocked drain, this one on Castle Street next to the same corner property (1 Castle Road). This also requires urgent attention.

  • Hi, this issue still has not been fixed and is now overdue per the Council's target date. It has flooded several times in July and the road is a mess as well as being dangerous. Can someone confirm when this will be fixed? Regards, John

  • Hi, this issue has still not been fixed and is now overdue per the Council's target date. I see the status of the case keeps switching to 'investigating' but nothing changes. When will it switch to 'fixed'? There is now another blocked drain on Castle Street as well as Castle Road so the problem is getting worse while the Council fail to fix it. Can someone confirm when the drains will be cleared? Can I speak to someone about this?

  • Hi, this issue has still not been fixed and has been open since the 30-June-21. There are now 3 blocked drains nearby!! Two on Castle Road outside 1 Castle Road and one next to the same address but on the corner on Castle Street. Can someone confirm when the drains will be cleared? I assume I need to contact the Council directly to raise a complaint about the service I have not received online?
