  • Thank you for your comments. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of Port Road; specifically, that you feel there is a damage sign there. Our inspector has visited the location and has been unable to locate the defects that you have reported. Please may we politely ask for you to provide us with further pictures, when safe to do so, of the issues and a broader look at the location. We will then be able to address the matter further. Thank you for your co-operation.

  • The sign is not on Port Road. As per the location on the map it is on Harlestone Road close to the junction with Nobottle Road

  • Thank you for your further comments. We appreciate your concerns and have carried out an assessment of the issue and the Community Steward has now located the sign in question.. We are also pleased to confirm that the problem you have indicated in this location, has a repair scheduled to resolve it. This should hopefully be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
