Broken & dangerous pedestrian railings

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2845105.

The pedestrian railings at the front of the houses (opposite the Drill Hall Car Park on Benefield Road) need attention. The paint is peeling off and the railing by the pedestrian access (gap onto the road) is broken and dangerous. The damage happened about a year ago and nothing has been done to repair it.
