Verge with services underneath damaged

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2845460.

Outside 16a Buckingham Road, Deanshanger. Very large pile of waste and concrete dumped on verge which has sewer from the hotel running underneath, verge also dammaged.
