  • Thank you for your enquiry. A letter has been sent to the relevant homeowner requesting that the overhanging vegetation is cut back. A revisit will be carried out 14 days after the receipt of the letter.

  • I am the relevant homeowner but the overhanging vegetation is not my responsibility as it is growing from the ground on the public side of the boundary fence! I have cut back my vegetation - which grows on my side of the boundary fence, ie in the garden.

  • I own 15 Tavistock Close. The first two photos show the overgrown vegetation which is outside my fence and overhanging the pavement on Ecton Brook Road. The third photo shows that my dark coloured fence is completely clear with nothing growing on my side of the fence. You need to cut the weeds/trees on the street side of the fence please. My fence is getting damaged!
