Grass is being destroyed by parked cars

Reported via desktop in the Verges - Damaged by Vehicles category anonymously at 09:37, Sunday 18 July 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2872349.

There is an area outside my property that does not have a dropped kerb. Visitors to neighbouring properties, park on the grass. Some arrive at speed and in wet weather my car gets splattered with mud, up the side and over the roof. I previously tried putting white posts in the grass but the council refuse collection lorry drove over them. This has been going on for years. I reported it 5/6 years ago & it was repaired but without some form of deterrent, it will keep happening. If it can be repaired I will position some large rocks to prevent repeat offenders.
