Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2877102.

The tree roots all along Nelson Avenue have cracked the pavement and are causing a hazard to anyone trying to walk along the path. The roots are also going into customers garden and causing the slabs to sink. A manhole cover has been raised roughly 4 inches due to the damage and also the customer has reported that his water meter is sinking into the ground. The customer lives in the bungalow 65 Kingsthorpe Avenue and would like the engineer to knock on his door so he can discuss the problem with them.
