Bushes very overgrown and obstructing pathway

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 22:50, Tuesday 20 July 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2878961.

The bushes obstruct the pathways and cars park up on the kerb meaning you cannot use the pathway. There is no way pushchairs or wheelchairs can get along the path. You can only walk single file which means small children have to walk without holding your hand or you have to cross the road then cross back further up the street. This has been the case for a very long time but is getting a lot worse. The bushes were trimmed years ago but at that point they weren’t trimmed thoroughly and still obstructed the path
