The footpath is so overgrown, and ploughed so close to the footpath we are having to walk on the crop.

Thank you for your enquiry. With harvest now fast approaching it would not be practical to enforce the landowner to re-instate this path. However the landowner will be contacted and reminded of their statutory responsibilities to ensure that all Rights of Way that cross their arable land are kept clear/marked out on the ground and to remain marked all year round.
