Cycle/walk path overgrown between Geddington and Weekley
Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 10:29, Wed 21 July 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2879685.
The trees have overgrown the cycle path from Geddington to Weekley, especially along the exit from Geddington but also past the Keeper's Lodge and towards Weekley. This makes it dangerous to cycle on the cycle path and forces cyclists onto the road. Also it is not good for walkers. The trees need trimming so someone tall on a bike does not hit them and there is clearance across the width of the path. The photo was taken in early July and the growth is now worse (as at 20/07/2021).
